Wilkin, the committee's former executive secretary; together with reports, pamphlets, and meeting minutes of the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit Commission, the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, and other corporate bodies. Includes drafts of a report of a two-year study of rapid transit development in nine counties around the San Francisco Bay (1957), and progress reports from the engineering firm of Parsons, Brinckerhoff, Hall, and MacDonald, concerning a two-year survey for a rapid transit plan (1953-1955).
